LOCATION

8400 is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tempe, 1½ miles east of the I-10 and the Tempe Autoplex, and 3 miles from the 101. We're a short drive to retailers like Staples, Costco, Home Depot, and IKEA, and nearby plenty of restaurants, including Picazzo's and the AZ Bread Company. Our offices are 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes from Arizona State University, and always a short drive home.
